Where are your products made?

Our products are proudly made in Italy with the expertise of skilled chemists. Our founder, Sabrina, is personally involved in testing and perfecting every formula to ensure that it meets the highest standards of efficacy.

Do you use any synthetic or harmful ingredients in your products?

No, we prioritise natural, nourishing ingredients and avoid harmful synthetics like parabens, sulphates, and phthalates. Our products are designed to be gentle and safe for your skin, providing the care it deserves without any harmful additives.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Yes! Our products are formulated to be gentle yet effective for all skin types, including sensitive, dry, oily, and combination skin. Each product is carefully crafted with natural, high-quality ingredients to hydrate, balance, and restore. As always, we recommend doing a patch test before trying any new product to ensure it’s a good fit for your skin.

How do I know which products are right for my skin?

Choosing the right product depends on your skin’s unique needs. Whether you’re looking for hydration, pore refinement, or anti-aging benefits, each of our products targets specific skincare concerns. If you’re unsure which product to start with, feel free to reach out to our customer

Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, our products are safe for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before introducing any new skincare products. When will I receive my order?

Delivery will take place within 15 calendar days of the date of the order confirmation. Our orders are usually sent out twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays by Royal Mail Second Class Post and should reach you within a 15 day period. UK customers have an option for first class delivery at the checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only to France and the UK, but we are working hard to expand our shipping options to more countries soon. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to grow and offer our products to customers worldwide.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a refund within 14 days of placing your order, as long as the product is unused
